Work On Time is the first and only generalist employment agency based in Friuli Venezia-Giulia. Founded in 2019, it is one of the subsidiaries of S.O. Holding S.p.a.

Work on Time Spa is qualified in labour administration, personnel search and selection, outsourcing and support in cases of relocation. The Udine-based company opts for an approach geared towards corporate social sustainability, offering transparency, safety, compliance with regulations, and worker empowerment.

The importance of job matching between companies and workers, practised by Work On Time, has increasingly become a key aspect. Today, the Group has 21 branches across most of Italy. In addition to the branches in Udine, Pordenone and Codroipo, it also operates in Bolzano, Sesto San Giovanni, Monza-Brianza, Borgomanero, Turin, Prato, Lucca, Catania and Eastern Sicily, Montebelluna, Pieve di Soligo, Piacenza, Pesaro, Fano, Rimini, Bologna and Rubiera.

Growth has always been in the double digits over the years. In particular, Work On Time grew by 39% in 2025 compared to 2024. Over the next three years, Work On Time aims to expand its presence across Italy by doubling the number of its branches, creating new jobs through a young, competitive and dynamic company.
